1986 TONKA LEGIONS OF POWER TECH DYNASTY GROUND TERRORS. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
I've taken pictures, so you can see that it includes box, instructions, stickers, and comic book.
The only issues, you can see from the photos that the little trooper guy is missing his left leg (possible war injury?), and the 2 wheels, part W-10 are missing.
As you can see from the picture I took, I dont think the W-10 wheels are needed, as they appear to be the same as the big wheels I have on the toy, just a different tread...
New and sealed with no obvious damage or wear. Batteries have expired, seemingly, and try me button no longer activates anything. All components are undisturbed in original box. Will be packaged and shipped carefully same or next day by an experienced seller.
